ORDERING INFORMATION
Payment: All payments are
processed by PayPal. PayPal has the most secure encryption
so your details are absolutely safe. You don't need to have
a PayPal account and can use your credit card.
Presentation: All garments
are shipped in a cool little bag with our logo, making great
gift presentation. Let us know if you would like a suit sent
to someone else as a gift and we will include a card with
your name on. Please add this information as a note on our
checkout page.
Sizing: Children come in all different sizes, and different countries have different ideas for what a size measures so our sizes are quite broad. Our 2-4 would be a 4 in France for example and a 2 in New Zealand. So if you have a smallish 4 year old you would take the 2-4. The suits are designed to be fitting and the fabric has wonderful stretch and shape retention, but if you are in doubt, order the larger size.
Shipping: Orders will be shipped within two days by International Airmail. This usually takes between one and two weeks. Urgent delivery by courier can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us by email about this, or add the request to your order on our checkout page.
Returns: Please return any unsatisfactory goods within 2 weeks. If the garment is faulty we will refund the full amount paid. We are happy to change the size or colour. Please return the garment unworn, with original packaging and labels, and include a note telling us what you require. Shipping charges apply.
Duties and taxes: Prices are exclusive of New Zealand GST when shipped overseas. Any relevant duties or sales taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Security: It is helpful
if the email address used when ordering is easy to reach you
on if there is a reason for us to contact you regarding any
problems with your order. We will never sell or share your
contact information with anyone else - promise - and will
only email you on occaision to notify of new ranges or a sale.
